Brief overview

The Regulatory Affairs Unit has been assigned the task to propose measures to reduce administrative burdens for businesses. This includes, inter alia: simplifying forms, avoiding unnecessary duplication and reducing the number of authorities to be consulted. Furthermore, the Unit makes its influence felt by coordinating procedures and the communication between applicants and the competent authorities. The Regulatory Affairs Unit also accepts and examines comments about regulations and procedures, makes assessments and proposes improvements to the agencies responsible.

The Unit also issues information, identifies which authority or office is responsible and informs the applicant.
